For all his guidance and encouragement, I don't know how to praise Rob more. The man behind Mitomondo - what to say - if the world was full of people like him we'd actually make some progress. I've spent the last 10 months getting my Planet back on the road after main bearings went (slack I know but plenty of genuine excuses that I'll not go into). Rob has the best service i have had from any bike shop,i have tried dealing with bike shops here in OZ, but no one has an idea. the parts where cheaper (including shipping) than buying through a shop over here or if they could get them any way. any time i have emailed i have had an answer with a quote the next morning. the best service i have ever seen!!!
